• Minimum Height of Male Candidates -5 Foot 6 Inches

• The chest of male candidates -32 inches to 33 and half inches

For Ladakk Region:

In the physical efficiency test, candidates have to perform the task given in the given time. The Physical Efficiency Test for:

• They have to run 1600 meters in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
• They have to do 20 Pushups.
• They have to throw shot put of 14 kg to 14 and half feet in 3 attempts.
